The Expat Adviser
Privacy &
website information.
How website enquiries and essential website features work.
Your enquiry
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, country of residence, chosen topic and message. A telephone number is optional. These details are sent by email to Neil Walters at neil@the-expat-adviser.com so he can respond to your enquiry and discuss appropriate next steps.
The website does not add you to a marketing mailing list. Submitting an enquiry does not book a consultation or create a client agreement. Please do not include account numbers, passwords or sensitive financial documents.
How information is handled
The form does not maintain an enquiry database on this website. Enquiries are delivered through the hosting provider’s mail service and handled in the receiving email account. The hosting and email providers may process technical delivery and security logs.
Neil may retain correspondence to respond to your enquiry and manage any subsequent relationship. For questions about information you share, contact neil@the-expat-adviser.com.
Essential cookies and security
The contact form uses an essential session cookie to protect submissions and help prevent duplicate messages. The session cookie expires when your browser session ends. The form also uses a hashed network identifier and recent submission times to limit spam. These records are kept in temporary server storage; entries older than one hour are removed when the rate-limit records are next processed.
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Fonts and photographs are served with the website.
General information
The information on this website is general in nature and does not constitute personalised investment, tax or legal advice. The value of investments and any income from them may fall as well as rise. You may receive back less than the amount invested.
Financial products and services may not be available or suitable in all jurisdictions. The scope of any advice service, relevant costs and important limitations must be explained before you decide whether to proceed.
